The Civil Rights Division Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Office will be holding a DBE Industry Update meeting Monday, March 10, 2025, at 9 a.m. CT. The meeting will be held at the North Dakota Department of Transportation at 608 E. Boulevard Ave. via Teams.  

The 2025 Transportation Conference is the premiere transportation event in North Dakota and is being held in Bismarck on March 4 & 5, 2025 at the Bismarck Event Center.

This year’s theme is “Building Our Horizons,” and we are seeking innovative and engaging presentations that address the most exciting, pressing, current and emerging transportation issues and best practices.

The purpose of the public input meeting is to discuss proposed improvements to I-94 eastbound and westbound lanes west of Cleveland. The meeting will utilize an open house format with a presentation at 4:30 p.m.

The purpose of the public input meeting is to discuss a proposed project consisting of roadway and sidewalk reconstruction on First Street Northwest from Sixth Avenue Northwest to Fourth Avenue Northwest and extending one block north on Fifth Avenue Northwest and one block north and south on Fourth Avenue Northwest.
