The Civil Rights Division Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Office will be holding a DBE Industry Update meeting Monday, November 10, 2025 at 9 a.m. CT. The meeting will be held at the North Dakota Department of Transportation at 608 E. Boulevard Ave via Teams.

The project consists of potential intersection improvements at the intersection of US 2 and Airport Drive. Representatives from the NDDOT and Ulteig will be on hand to answer questions and discuss concerns.

The public input meeting is to discuss proposed improvements to 4th Street South in Wahpeton from the BN railroad tracks south to 4th Avenue South and on 4th Avenue South from 6th Street South to 4th Street South. 

The public input meeting is to discuss proposed improvements in the River’s Bend neighborhood.  

The purpose of the public input meeting is to discuss proposed improvements to 4th Avenue East from 10th Street Southeast to 5th Street Northeast in Jamestown.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) will host a public input meeting to discuss the proposed Intersection Improvements at U.S. Highway 2 and North 43rd Street in Grand Forks.
