About Transit Coordination and Intercity Bus Plan
Through this effort, NDDOT is leading the development of Statewide Coordinated Public Transit Human Service Plan and Intercity Bus Plan. This federally required plan provides NDDOT the opportunity to gather public and stakeholder input on regional mobility needs and opportunities for improvements. This website is being used to highlight outreach events and to post planning documents for review by you and other stakeholders.
The Plan will Cover
State of Coordination
This study will assess the current state of transit coordination and intercity bus service statewide. This will include an inventory of available public transportation services and providers, and an assessment of the perceptions of passengers, providers, and stakeholders.
Identify Gaps and Needs
A critical element is identifying and evaluating current and emerging transportation needs. The process will identify measurable results to prioritize strategies, activities, and/or projects for implementation.
Outreach and Participation
Your feedback matters. We invite you to join us for any of the upcoming workshops where you'll have the opportunity to discuss transportation needs and your thoughts on improvements.
Implementation Strategy
A phased implementation strategy will be developed to achieve the vision and goals for improving coordination and intercity bus service in North Dakota.
