The Civil Rights Division Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Office will be holding a DBE Industry Update meeting Monday, July 14, 2025 at 9 a.m. CT. The meeting will be held at the North Dakota Department of Transportation at 608 E. Boulevard Ave via Teams.
The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) Civil Rights - Transit Section will host a public information meeting on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 2:00-4:00 pm CST to discuss the proposed FTA 2026-2028 Triennial DBE Goal Setting Methodology.

The vehicle auction will be held at NDDOT Bismarck District, 218 Airport Road. Items for sale will be available for in-person viewing Tuesday the week of the sale, from 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) will host public information meetings Wednesday, May 28, 2025, and Thursday May 29, 2025, from 5-7 p.m. Mountain Time to discuss proposed improvements to US 85 from the I-94 junction to the ND 200 junction.
The first meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 28, at the Fairfield Fire Hall, 12823 20th Street SW, in Fairfield. The second meeting will be held on Thursday, May 29 at the Belfield Memorial Hall, 107 2nd Avenue NE, in Belfield. Both meetings will be an open house format with a formal presentation at 5:30 pm Mountain Time.
The project consists of widening US 85 from two lanes to four lanes.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) will host a public input meeting May 20, from 5 to 7 p.m. CT time to discuss traffic signals and lighting along US 85.
The meeting will be held at the McKenzie County Courthouse, 201 5th St NW, in Watford City. This will be an open house format.
The project includes removal of traffic signals at US 85 and 2nd Ave SW (US 85B) intersection. The existing signal system includes wood poles with span wire mounted signal heads. The existing lighting system will be left in place. The intersection will become stop sign controlled for the east and west approaches.
A permanent traffic signal and lighting system will be installed at US 85 and ND 68 intersection.

The purpose of the public input meeting is to discuss a transportation plan for the area south of I-94 between exits 292 and 294 in Valley City.
The study is an update to elements of the city’s 2045 Transportation Plan and will evaluate how the area south of I-94 between exits 292 and 294 is growing now and provide guidance for future growth and roadway access.
