The left (inside) lane will be closed on East Bismarck Expressway from Main Avenue to Miriam Drive starting Wednesday, Sept. 7, at 5 a.m. Traffic will be moved to the outside lane. 

Lane closures on State Street will be changing daily starting Wednesday night, Sept. 6. Motorists are advised to watch for flaggers and be prepared for traffic changes over the next two weeks.

A public input meeting will be held from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31, at the Alfred Dickey Public Library in Jamestown, 105 3rd St. SE.
