External Civil Rights Training is mandatory for all NDDOT Project Personnel and Consulting Engineers. This training will be held in person at each district facility. Please register for the closest district through the link. A recording of this training will be posted later for those that cannot attend in person.

Project Management/Engineers & employees of the NDDOT, engineering consultants, cities and counties who are involved with managing and monitoring Civil Rights requirements on NDDOT highway construction projects in North Dakota.
About the Conference
As a recipient of federal funds, the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) is required to comply with the rules and regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration (USDOT FHWA) as they pertain to the federal-aid highway program. NDDOT’s internal and external civil rights programs are a function of the Civil Rights Division (CRD). This conference will provide an in-depth overview of the internal and external civil rights monitoring responsibilities. This training is free for all attendees.

LCP Tracker Training for Project Staff
The LCP Tracker training is for Project and Consultant Engineers/Managers, or other staff that assist with the review of payrolls, conduct labor compliance interviews, who have not used the LCP Tracker program before, or it has been a few years since using the system. There are no registration requirements for this training. The LCP Tracker training for Project Staff covers topics such as training resource locations, how to close, suspend or re-assign a project, clearing violations, proper review/acceptance of payrolls, as well as how to conduct labor compliance interviews using the Onsite application.
