The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) and North Dakota Highway Patrol have reopened the westbound lanes of Interstate 94 from Jamestown to Steele, though the area remains under a Travel Alert.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation and North Dakota Highway Patrol have closed westbound Interstate 94 between Jamestown and Steele due to blowing snow and zero visibility. The area is under a No Travel Advisory.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) and North Dakota Highway Patrol reopened Interstate 29 from Grand Forks to the Canadian border. We anticipate Travel Alerts to remain in place overnight in Grand Forks, Walsh, Nelson and Pembina counties, and urge motorists to drive with caution.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation plans to close a stretch of Interstate 94 to do cable median repair Thursday night.

The closed lane will be the eastbound left (passing) lane beginning approximately one-half mile east of Veterans Boulevard and ending approximately one-half mile west of Veterans Boulevard; between mile markers 347-348.

Seasonal load restrictions may be implemented on North Dakota state highways as soon as next week due the mild winter and warm weather in the forecast.
