FARGO, N.D. – The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) and North Dakota Highway Patrol reopened Interstate 29 from Grand Forks to the Canadian border. We anticipate Travel Alerts to remain in place overnight in Grand Forks, Walsh, Nelson and Pembina counties, and urge motorists to drive with caution.
