BISMARCK, N.D. – A public input meeting will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 2 at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium in Casselton.The meeting will utilize an open house format with a formal presentation at 6:30 p.m.;

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss proposed path improvements along Governor’s Drive/ North Dakota Highway 18, in Casselton.

The project consists of a 10-foot-wide concrete path, a pedestrian bridge crossing Swan Creek, and pedestrian crossing systems.

Representatives from the NDDOT, City of Casselton and Moore Engineering will be on hand to answer your questions and discuss your concerns.

A pre-recorded presentation and other materials will be available on the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) website at www.dot.nd.gov, click "Public Meetings" under Quick Links.

If unable to attend the public input meeting, written statements or comments must be postmarked or emailed by Nov. 17 to Dylan Dunn, 925 10th Ave. E West Fargo, ND 58078 or email dylan.dunn@mooreenginereinginc.com with “Public Input Meeting-PCN 24113” in the letter heading or e-mail subject.

The NDDOT will consider every request for reasonable accommodation to provide:

  • an accessible meeting facility or other accommodation for people with disabilities,
  • language interpretation for people with limited English proficiency (LEP), and
  • translations of written material necessary to access NDDOT programs and information.
