BISMARCK, N.D. – A public input meeting will be held April 18 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Wachter Middle School Cafetorium, 1107 South 7th Street, in Bismarck. The meeting will utilize an open house format with a formal presentation at 6:00 p.m.   

A virtual, pre-recorded presentation and other materials will be available on the City of Bismarck website at www.bismarcknd.gov/streets April 18.

The purpose of the public input meeting is to discuss proposed improvements for the reconstruction of South Washington Street from Burleigh Avenue to the South Bismarck drainage ditch and Burleigh Avenue from Manchester Street to Boston Drive. 

 Representatives from the City of Bismarck, Apex Engineering, and Bolton & Menk will be on hand to answer questions and discuss concerns.

If unable to attend the public input meeting, written statements or comments must be postmarked or emailed by May 3, 2023, to Troy Ripplinger, PE, Apex Engineering Group, 600 South 2nd Street – Suite 145, Bismarck, North Dakota 58504 or Troy.Ripplinger@apexenggroup.com with “Public Input Meeting-PCN 23859” in the letter heading or e-mail subject.

The City of Bismarck will consider every request for reasonable accommodation to provide:

  • translations of written material necessary to access City of Bismarck programs and information.
