BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) will host a public input meeting Wednesday, March 6, from 6 to 8 p.m. to discuss proposed improvements to three bridge structures maintained by Burleigh County Highway Department.

The meeting will be held at Apple Creek Elementary School, 2000 93rd Street Southeast, in Bismarck. There will be an open house format with no formal presentation.

The project includes bridge replacement on Apple Creek Road, 1/2 mile east of 80th Street Southeast; bridge replacement on 236th Street Southeast, 1/2 mile south of Lincoln Road; and bridge removal on 102nd Avenue Southeast, 1/2 mile east of U.S. Highway 83.

Representatives from the NDDOT, Burleigh County, and KLJ Engineering will be on hand to answer questions and discuss concerns.

Meeting materials will be available on the NDDOT website at www.dot.nd.gov, click “Public Input Meetings” under News and Events.  

If unable to attend the meeting, written comments must be postmarked or emailed by March 21, 2024, with “Public Input Meeting” in the letter heading or e-mail subject.
