Public Input Meeting – Gateway Drive and North Columbia Road intersection in Grand Forks

About the Project

The public input meeting is to discuss proposed improvements to the Gateway Drive (U.S. Highway 2) and North Columbia Road intersection in Grand Forks.

The project includes realigning the south approach of North Columbia Road at Gateway Drive, reconstruct curb radii where permissible, replace traffic signal system, replace necessary utility castings, and reconfigure pedestrian path connections at each quadrant.

Public Input Meeting – Interstate 94 Midway and Grant Marsh Bridge near Bismarck and Mandan

About the Project

The project includes completing an Engineering and Feasibility Study for Interstate 94 Midway and the Grant Marsh Bridge. The bridge is reaching the end of its useful life and will need replacement in the future. This provides an opportunity to consider operational improvements for the I-94 and I-194 roadways and ramps. These Interstate improvements would work jointly with replacement alternatives for the Grant Marsh Bridge. 

Public Information Meeting - 42nd Street and DeMers Avenue in Grand Forks

About the Project 

The public information meeting is to discuss the grade separation project at 42nd Street and DeMers Avenue in Grand Forks.

The project consists of the construction of a grade separated crossing at 42nd Street and DeMers Avenue which includes separate bridges for DeMers Avenue and the railroad, reconfiguring some holes at Ray Richards Golf Course, and utility work in the area.

Public Input Meeting - West Fargo

About the Project

The public input meeting is to discuss proposed intersection improvements at 52nd Avenue West & Ninth Street West. 

The project consists of intersection improvements, including a proposed roundabout, with storm sewer extensions and shared use paths.

Representatives from the City of West Fargo and Moore Engineering will be on hand to answer questions and discuss concerns.

Public Input Meeting for the Northern Red River Flood Study from North of Grand Forks to the Canadian Border

About the Project

The project includes a planning-level flood study to identify and prioritize feasible alternatives that reduce the frequency and duration of Interstate and State Highway closures due to flooding of the Red River.  This project is being completed in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

Representatives from the NDDOT, MnDOT, USACE, and Barr Engineering will be on hand to answer questions and discuss concerns.

About the Project

The public input meeting is to discuss a proposed extension of Frontage Road West across Chinaman Coulee on the west side of Highway 2 in Williston.

The project consists of connecting Frontage Road West across Chinaman Coulee on the west side of Highway 2 by constructing a stream crossing and road connection.

Virtual Public Input Meeting – Transportation Connection: 2025-2050

About the Project

The public input meeting is to share information and gather input from the public regarding the rough draft of the state’s long-range transportation plan, Transportation Connection.

Transportation Connection: 2025-2050 is the State of North Dakota’s long-range policy plan for the future of transportation within the state. NDDOT is seeking stakeholder and public feedback to help inform the state’s shared future vision, values, goals, and strategies.

NDDOT hosts public input meeting for Interstate 29 Near Drayton

About the Project

The project consists of replacing four existing drainage crossings located at reference points 200.772 195.012, 194.507, and 193.468. These existing drainage crossings will be replaced with either box culverts or concrete pipe culverts. Representatives from the NDDOT will be on hand to answer questions and discuss concerns.

About the Project

The public input meeting is to discuss the proposed reconstruction of 3rd Street from 5th Avenue SE to 1st Avenue Northeast, and Central Avenue from 3rd Street Northeast to 4th Street Northeast.
