The North Dakota Department of Transportation is scheduled to begin a structure replacement project along the Interstate 94 Business Loop, east of Valley City, on Monday, July 6.

Beginning Monday, June 29, North 42nd Street is expected to close at the 42nd Street and DeMers Avenue intersection up to James Ray Drive. A closure on DeMers Avenue and traffic shift to the temporary bypass will follow as early as Monday, July 6. 

The North Dakota Department of Transportation and North Dakota State Patrol are reminding motorists to plan ahead and expect increased traffic in and around Medora for America’s 250th birthday celebration June 30 through July 5.

Crews are expected to install new traffic signal arms Thursday, June 25, at the Memorial Highway and 40th Avenue Southeast intersection as part of the Memorial Highway reconstruction project in Mandan.

U.S. Highway 52 will temporarily close Monday, June 29, at the Perella Crossing north of Bowbells to accommodate rail repairs.
