ND 17 in Grafton to close temporarily for railroad construction

North Dakota Highway 17 in Grafton is expected to temporarily close on Monday, Sept. 21 between U.S. Highway 81 and Cooper Avenue to accommodate rail reconstruction on the Dakota Northern Railroad.
