BISMARCK, N.D. – Construction is scheduled to begin Wednesday, Sept. 30, on Eighth Avenue Southwest/ County Road 21 South of Interstate 94 Exit 292 in Valley City.
This mill and overlay project covers approximately 500 feet South of the interchange. Lane closures will be in place during working hours.
The speed limit will be reduced, and minimum delays are expected. Flaggers will be present at times to assist traffic through the work zone
The project is expected to be completed Wednesday, Oct. 7.
The North Dakota Department of Transportation reminds drivers to slow down and be prepared for changing traffic patterns in work zones.
