GRAND FORKS, N.D. – North Dakota Highway 17 in Grafton is expected to temporarily close on Monday, Sept. 21 between U.S. Highway 81 and Cooper Avenue to accommodate rail reconstruction on the Dakota Northern Railroad.
There will be a signed detour in place for motorists directing them around the work site. The work is expected to take about five days.
The North Dakota Department of Transportation would like to remind motorists to pay attention, follow the signed detour and be aware of traffic congestion.
