1. SP 344(25) spec calls for Void Filling & Basis of Payment indicates Polyurethane Foam/Gals. as a payable item.. Polyurethane Foam/Gals. is not on Proposal Form. Will void filling be considered incidental to CIPP? 2. Are Davis Bacon wages applicable to the contract? Davis Bacon is referred to only in the On The Job Training Program document.

The first part of the question will be addressed with addendum 1. SP 344(25) will be revised to remove void filling and remove Polyurethane Foam from the Basis of Payment.

Davis Bacon wages are not applicable to the contract except as required by the On-The-Job Training Special Provision.

Section 6 Sheet 1 Note 704-P01 Traffic Control Notes and Standards called out do not match the signs on the Traffic control devises list. There is an arrow panel shown but there is not a bid item.? Is a lane closure required for this work?

The first part of the question will be addressed with addendum 1. Note 704-P01 Traffic Control will be revised. Sequencing Arrow Panel - Type C will be added as a bid item with a quantity of 1ea.

A lane closure is required if work on the shoulder affects the adjacent lane.
