DOT Response
The attached image shows the items related to Note 754-P01. The smaller sign support in the middle of the image (17979+48 – 68’ Lt), we don’t believe has a foundation in the ground but indicated such in the chance there was. The larger support structure show in the image is for the other two stations (17979+45 – 64’ Lt & 17979+46 – 73’ Lt) for the Remove Sign Foundation item. There are no asbuilts or any background information on the foundation structure underneath the ground.
