Could you please help me clarify the labor rates for general landscape laborers on this project. Would they be required to be paid at the Group 1 rate or their normal wage as long as it's over the $13.30 threshold called out on page 5 of the wage determination section? Thanks, Matt

A laborer Grp 1 should be paid $30.90 wage + $ 3.40 fringe for a total of $34.30 per hour on this project.
