Bid Opening Date - April 10, 2026 9:30 AM CT

The proposal calls for 655 Delineator Drums but layout section 100 sheet 5 says 140 Drums for 2 intersections. Can you work on more than 2 intersections at one time? If not what where do the other Drums go.

The 6" & 24" Epoxy quantities do not match the Section 110 Sheets.

Bid Item #69 Short Term Message-Type R shows 96 SF. Section 100 - 4 Work Zone Traffic Control shows message- arrows that would exceed the bid item amounts. Please clarify the quantities and what arrows are needed. Sheet 100-5 shows Short Term 6" Line-Type R for the crosswalks, there is not a Bid item for this, will it be required.

Would you be open to expanding the specifications to include RTC equipment as part of the scope?

For item 54 (adjust manhole) how many are supposed to have "sanitary sewer" vs "storm sewer" lids? It doesn't look like it's shown on the plans. Note 722-P03 says to provide new castings, so I am assuming you want the R1733 frames with the sanitary or storm lids.
