Looking at the lighting system, we have some questions about the design and Qty's. - Does each light pole and pedestal get a handhole? We do not understand the bid qty of 42 ea as shown on the plans & details. - The 1'' conduit qty seems extremely high. If we assume it goes from handhole to pole/pedestal, then they would be 30' apart. - Could you show a detail of the locations of handholes to poles/pedestals.

Bid Item 32 - Reset Sign Support has no plan sheets showing any locations, existing sign type, existing supports or even if they are single or multiple posts. Is there any other information indicating what the signs are and their locations?
