Will the Department consider nozzle applied 10,000 psi restoration mortar in lieu of shotcrete? I have attached the Mainstay product cut sheet for consideration. Thanks.

Nozzle applied Mainstay ML-72 restoration mortar will not be allowed as a substitution for shotcrete for this project.
