The area of the Channel Excavation are not defined in the bidding documents. Can you provide some clarification of the extent of the Channel Excavation?

Bid Item 46 - Remove Sign Foundation seems to be for removing exiting standard signs, but is usually used for removal of concrete footings from W-Shape posts or Standard Pipe footings. If this is a removal of an existing sign with channel or telespar anchors, will it be incidental to other items?
