For the wetland mitigation on page 101 for the RFP it states to purchase .329 credits from the Corps, is this supposed to be a locked unit price?

Bid Item Traffic Control Units do not match Section 100 Sheet 1. There are no bid items for Vertical Panels or Delineator Drums but are shown in Section 100 Sheet 1. Are the Permanent Type III barricades incidental to the flat sheet, or should there be a bid item for Roadway Termination Type A?

Are as-builts available for the existing bridge that gets removed?

For the removal of aggregate base and surfacing are we stocking piling and salvaging or stocking piling for county to retain ownership

Can the bridge be removed during the active bat season if tarps with bat escape tunnels are used?

Bid Item 38 - Remove Sign Foundation seems to be for removing exiting standard signs, but is usually used for removal of concrete footings from W-Shape posts or Standard Pipe footings. Also, there are 9ea on the bid item but only 3 shown in section 40. Are there concrete footings to be removed or is this a mistake? There is a bid item for Flat Sheet for Signs - Type IV Refl Sheeting, but there is no section 110. If there are perm signs being installed, what are they and will the removal of existing signs be incidental to this item instead of "Remove Sign Foundation"?
