Per notes 411-P01 in the plans it calls to "mill bituminous material to a maximum size of 5/8 inch". A milling machine is not capable of sizing material. Please clarify your intentions with this note. Thanks

Per Note 411-P02 it states, "The remaining millings not used for “RAP Superpave FAA 42” will become the property of the Contractor."
Is the County or the Contractor taking the remaining milled material?
