Per the proposal the completion date for the project is 9/1/26. Per the plan notes completion date is 10/14/26. Please clarify.
Per notes 411-P01 in the plans it calls to "mill bituminous material to a maximum size of 5/8 inch". A milling machine is not capable of sizing material. Please clarify your intentions with this note. Thanks
