On section 20 Sheet No 2 note 6 says to include the cost to stabilize the berm in the topsoil item. Can this note be changed to reflect the most current plan notes for this detail where stabilization is paid for at unit cost. Thanks

Due to small quantity of topsoil, the stabilization of the berm will remain incidental to the topsoil bid item.

is there a difference in the Foundation Fill and Foundation Aggregate? spec book shows CLass3 or 5 for Foundation Fill, but i cannot find a Foundation Aggregate section / Spec.

The gradations for Foundation Fill and Foundation Aggregate are shown in SP 417(24) STRUCTURAL AND CHANNEL EXCAVATION, FOUNDATION FILL AND PREPARATION.

General note for "channel excavation" estimates 1,701CY of channel excavation on Bridge No 30-152-35 but on section 10 sheet 1, the earthwork table shows 1,053CY of channel excavation. Which quantity is correct?
