2. 7th Street from Bismarck Expressway to Front Avenue
3. 7th & 9th Streets from Main Avenue to Boulevard Avenue
4. Grant Marsh Bridge & East Bismarck Interchange
5. Intersection of ND 24 & BIA 31 Fort Yates 
6. Centennial Road/Bismarck Expressway & Exit 161 Interchange
