Public Input Meeting to be held on September 21 to discuss the Valley City Comprehensive and Transportation Plan
A Public Input Meeting will be held from 5:30pm to 8:00pm on September 21, 2017 at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. The Public Input Meeting will utilize an open house format with a formal presentation at 6:30pm.
The purpose of the Public Input Meeting is to introduce the Comprehensive and Transportation Plan which will serve as a guide for the City’s growth and development through the year 2045.The Public Input Meeting will provide opportunity for public input. City staff, ND DOT staff, and Stantec staff will be present to talk about the project and answer questions.
If unable to attend the Public Input Meeting, written statements or comments must be mailed by October 6, 2017 to David Schelkoph; City Administrator; 254 2nd Ave NE, PO Box 390, Valley City, ND 58072 (email@example.com). “Public Input Meeting” in the e-mail subject heading.
Another meeting regarding the Comprehensive and Transportation Plan will be held In December to discuss future alternatives.
