To discuss possible improvements to 9th Street NE and 7th Avenue NE in West Fargo. The project scope consists of reconstructing 9th Street NE between Main Avenue and 12th Avenue NE, and 7th Avenue from 9th Street NE to east of the City of Fargo border. The reconstruction elements will include pedestrian facilities, street lighting, railroad crossing updates, stormwater drainage and other City utility modifications.
