The North Dakota Department of Transportation’s
(NDDOT) 2017 Title VI/Nondiscrimination and ADA Program Implementation Plan has
recently been approved by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and is
available online. The public is invited to view the Title
VI/Nondiscrimination and ADA Program Implementation Plan at
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and
subsequent laws, related nondiscrimination statutes, rules, and Executive
Orders bars discrimination against anyone in the United States because of race,
color, national origin, sex, age, disability, limited English proficiency
(LEP), or income status.
North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) will consider every request
for reasonable accommodation to provide:
an accessible meeting facility or other accommodation for people with disabilities,
language interpretation for people with limited English proficiency (LEP), and
translations of written material necessary to access NDDOT programs and information.
