Public Open House December 12 to provide input on the development of a statewide active and public transportation plan for North Dakota

A Public Open House will be held from 4:00pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at the TownePlace Suites by Marriot (3240 29th Street W, Dickinson, ND 58601).

The purpose of the Public Open House is to provide input on ND Moves, a statewide active and public transportation plan for North Dakota. The plan will review and identify existing and emerging needs and recommend strategies for the future of biking, walking, rolling, and transit across the state. The Open House will provide opportunity for public input on the vision, challenges, and opportunities for these systems in the future. Representatives from the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) and its consultant team will be on-hand to answer questions and discuss concerns.

If unable to attend the Open House, written statements or comments can be sent to Steve Mullen, Project Manager at smullen@nd.gov.

Additional project information and an online interactive survey can be found on the project website at www.ndmoves.dot.nd.gov.

In November 2017, five Public Open Houses took place in Fargo, Grand Forks, Williston, Minot, and Bismarck. Two additional Public Open Houses are being held in December in Jamestown and Devils Lake. The dates, times, and locations of these upcoming Open Houses are provided on the project website.
