Public Input Meeting January 19, to discuss proposed turn lane improvements to ND Highway 68 and County Road 15

A Public Input Meeting will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on January 19, 2017, at the Alexander School, 601 Delaney Street, Alexander, ND.  The meeting will utilize an open house format.

The purpose of the Public Input Meeting is to discuss proposed improvements for ND 68 from the state line east to the junction of US 85.  The meeting will provide opportunity for public input. Representatives from Stantec and the NDDOT will be on hand to answer your questions and discuss your concerns.

If unable to attend the Public Input Meeting, written statements or comments must be mailed by February 3, 2017, to Theresa Maahs, Project Manager, Stantec, 2335 West Highway 36, St. Paul, MN  55113.  Email theresa.maahs@stantec.com with “Public Input Meeting” in the e-mail subject heading.

The NDDOT will consider every request for reasonable accommodation to provide:

  •  an accessible meeting facility or other accommodation for people with disabilities,
  • language interpretation for people with limited English proficiency (LEP), and

  • translations of written material necessary to access NDDOT programs and information.
