Effective 7:00 a.m. CT, Monday, May 19, 2008, load restrictions will be removed on all state highways 
with the exception of:
	
	ND1804 from New Town to Williston, which will change to an 8-ton restriction and remain posted.

•	ND 16 from Beach to Jct. ND 68
•	ND 22 from Lost Bridge to Jct. ND 23
•	ND 68 from the Montana state line to Jct. US 85
•	ND 1804 from Williston to New Town
•	ND 1806 west and north of ND 200

Effective 7:00 a.m. CT, Wednesday, May 7, 2008, load restrictions will be removed as follows:

Highways south of and including ND 200 starting at the Jct. of US 85 to the South Dakota border 
and east from the Montana border to US 83 and including US 83.  This also includes the following 
highways:

•ND 22 from ND200 N to the Lost Bridge
•ND 200 from Jct. of  ND 200A to US 83

The following highways will remain posted in this area.

•ND 6 - 	From Selfridge to Jct. ND 24
•ND 16 -	From Beach north to Jct. ND 68.
•ND 21 -	Jct. US 85 to Jct. ND 22.
•ND 49 -	From South Dakota state line to Jct. ND 21.
•ND 67 -	Jct. US 12 south to Jct.. ND 21
•ND 68 - 	From MT state line to Jct. US 85
•ND 1804 - 	From South Dakota State Line to Bismarck
•ND 1806 - 	From Mandan Refinery north.

Effective 7:00 a.m. CT, Monday, April 14, 2008,  the load restriction on 
ND 13 from Lehr to Kulm will change to an 8-ton restriction.

All spring load limit restrictions previously implemented remain in effect.

on the following highways:

	All highways south of and including US Highway 2.

All highways south of I-94, to South Dakota border, from ND Highway 3 to 
US Highway 281. 

    This includes:
    
    ND Highway 8 from Junction of US Highway 200 north to Lake Sakakawea
    
    ND Highway 16 from Golva north to Junction of ND Highway 68 (Sather Dam)
    
    ND Highway 36 from Pettibone to US Highway 52
    
    ND Highway 1806 from Junction of ND Highway 8 east to Junction of US 200

    ND Highway 200a from Washburn north to Junction of 200

    ND Highway 14 from Wing north to the Junction of 200

    All of ND Highway 200 from US 85 east to Hurdsfield
