The Department will be microsurfacing depressed cracks.  The work
zone will be one to two miles in length and will start work at
Bismarck and proceed north to Wilton. Traffic will be divirted to
one lane near the work zone.

Junction 23 going north North end 1806 - Tobacco Gardens
Fresh oil, loose rock. Flaggers and pilot car present during work
