The Environmental and Transportation Services Division includes Cultural Resources, Environmental, Consultant Agreement Services, Technical Services, and Right of Way.

Cultural Resources Section

The Cultural Resources Section is responsible for cultural resource compliance for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, and National Environmental Protection Act.

Environmental Section

The Environmental Section is responsible for all environmental documents as they relate to highway projects.

The Right of Way Section is responsible for appraisal review, billboards, relocation, junkyards, property management, right of way acquisition and payments, and mailboxes.
