Construction will begin on Monday, July 24, on the westbound lanes of US Highway 2 from east of Granville to west of the junction of ND Hwy 14 near Denbigh. Construction consists of shoulder widening and overlay. Motorists should use caution through the work zone as trucks and workers may be present on the highway.
- Westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane at times
Temporary closures of eastbound passing lane may be in place to provide safety to the contractors working in the median
- Speeds will be reduced
- A 12 feet width restriction will be in place
- Flaggers will be present
The project is expected to be complete this fall.
