Minnesota closes I-94 at ND border from Moorhead, MN to Alexandria

The Minnesota Department of Transportation has closed Interstate-94 at North Dakota border from Moorhead to Alexandria, MN due to reduced visibility caused by blowing snow and snow accumulations on the roads.
