NOTICE OF GOAL
FOR DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PARTICIPATION IN HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION
Goal-setting for disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs) with capabilities in the transportation industry is required by 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26. The goal represents the percentage of work to be accomplished by DBE prime contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and material suppliers for federal-aid highway projects.
2009 GOAL: 7.00 Percent
For the 2009 federal fiscal year (October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009), the DBE goal is 7.00 percent.
