The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) regularly solicits and enters into contracts for Professional Services with the Engineering Consulting Community. The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT), administers this program through Consultant Administration Services (CAS) which is part of the Environmental & Transportation Services Division. CAS solicits service and develops contracts for preliminary, construction, structural engineering as well as materials testing, public information coordination, cultural resource, environmental and planning studies and miscellaneous transportation and construction related services. CAS also administers the NDDOT’s consultant prequalification program.
NDDOT has established administrative procedures for soliciting and selecting consultants based on the North Dakota century code and federal guidelines. They are contained within the external resource links on the left hand side bar links.
