The North Dakota Department of Transportation is pleased to be hosting the 2004 AASHTO Highway Subcommittee on Maintenance meeting in Bismarck, North Dakota, June 27 - July 1. Come early and stay late and experience some of our "Legendary" North Dakota hospitality.

The Highway Subcommittee on Maintenance meeting is an annual event where Maintenance Engineers and Senior Managers representing highway and transportation departments from all 50 states, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico get together and exchange information, learn new technologies, and develop relationships with their peers. Your presence at this meeting will allow you to contact transportation officials from around the nation. It would also be greatly appreciated by the NDDOT as host agency for you to share your information with the attendees and make this years meeting the best it can be.

There will be space available for indoor and outdoor displays. The indoor display space will consist of a 6' table and two chairs. The outdoor display space will be unlimited and be located in the adjacent hotel parking lot. The indoor vendor area will be located in a commons area where refreshments and appetizers will be served during meeting breaks to promote maximum traffic flow through the vendor area. Set up will begin the morning of June 27, 2004. Please identify any special equipment needs on the enclosed registration form. A large power service will be located close by the display area; however, you must provide your own extension cords.

Early registration fee is $350 for each individual attending ($400 after May 18) and $100 for each guest. There is an additional fee for display space: indoor only $350, outdoor only $350, or both indoor and outdoor $450.

The meeting will be held at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel. A block of rooms has been reserved and are guaranteed until May 28. Reservations should be made directly with the hotel at (701) 258-7700. Let them know you are a vendor with the AASHTO group when making your reservations so you will be assured the special rate of $55 for a single or $70 for a double.
